Kolektor was awarded "TOP10 Izobraževalni management 2014" recognition
Planet GV in cooperation with Inštitut za izobraževalni management Sofos (Educational management institute) awarded the TOP 10 Izobraževalni management 2014 recognition. Ten companies that systematically invest in the knowledge improvement and training of employees received the recognition. Among the recipients is also Kolektor.
These recognitions were awarded with the intention to present the best Slovene companies or organizations that systematically invest in the knowledge, and are at the same time a stimulation for even faster development of educational practice and adding to the educational function credit. The committee assessed the companies based on the required conditions: direct connection between the educational and business strategy, systematic acquiring of new knowledge and stimulating the detection and sharing of tacit knowledge, enabling the employees the testing and sharing of newly acquired knowledge, and stimulating education of all employees.
In addition to Kolektor, the following companies were awarded the recognition: Krka, Lek, NLB, Revoz, Treves, Tobačna Ljubljana, Unija računovodska hiša, Zavarovalnica Triglav and ZZZS. The recipients spent 22.8 million EUR for education in training in 2013. In these companies, 1,182,926 hours of education and training, or 43.5 hours per employee were performed in total. The best companies spent on average 697 EUR for the education and training of employees at an annual basis. In 2013, each of these companies gave scholarships to 23 people on average, which is 1.61 scholarship-holders per 100 employees. It should also be pointed out that these companies have 11 instructors, coaches and mentors per 100 employees, while added value per employee is 68,297 EUR.
